When we arrived, we had an hour to explore the museum freely. Then, we went to a workshop called "Topsy Turvy" where we explored with tops and even made our own! It went perfectly with our forces and motion inquiry unit, and the kindergarteners had a blast!
I tried to get pictures that weren't blurry and included many of the students - however, they were busy little bees so I wasn't super successful! :) Maybe your child can look at these with you, and tell you a little about their trip though!
Your child also got to take home their tops that they made! I hope they continue to explore with them a bit! What fun they were to make - I think I will have to add that to my list of to-dos for next year!
